With Jeff's knee surgery coming up, I look to God to see what I should do to prepare. I guess "wait" is not an easy answer for me...ever! On the weight issue...like your counting points, I am counting calories most days. Weight for me was opposite your story...the more a person weighs, the less healthy vs. your mom's unconscious thoughts of the opposite point of view. So now, I am watchful, but not worrisome. If I do not worry, I am not me. Is that a stronghold or just a discipline issue? That is a rhetorical question, no need to answer. Again we seek first His Kingdom. Thanks for the sermon.
